Submitted Content Guidelines
HILARIOUS.CONSTRUCTION WILL NOT ACCEPT CONTENT THAT CONTAINS THE FOLLOWING:
Anything sexual or mature, requiring a viewer rating of TEEN or above.
Audio that includes language requiring a viewer rating of TEEN or above.
Anything staged or set up where the participants may have violated or would violate a safety regulation.
Submitted content containing safety violations may be added to our #whatnottodo category - ONLY IF - the situation is clearly not staged.

CONSTRUCTION TRADES PRACTICES CAN EXPOSE INDIVIDUALS TO ACTIVITIES OR SITUATIONS THAT CAN CAUSE SEVERE BODILY HARM OR DEATH. WE TAKE THIS VERY SERIOUSLY AND WILL SHARE IMAGES OR VIDEOS OF UNSAFE PRACTICES, IN ORDER TO SHOW AND TEACH (USING HUMOR) WHY SUCH PRACTICES SHOULD BE AVOIDED.
* By checking the box above, I certify that I am the legal holder to all rights of my submissions (audio, video, imagery and written media) and I am capable of granting an exclusive license to THE PATRIA COMPANY (owner of the Hilarious.Construction brand name) over my submitted content. I have received full consent, either verbally or in writing, from all identifiable parties in the media, to submit and thereby transfer any and all rights of the media, on their behalf, to THE PATRIA COMPANY. Furthermore, I agree to grant an exclusive license for THE PATRIA COMPANY to use my submitted media, at the discretion of THE PATRIA COMPANY. THE PATRIA COMPANY may use or alter the media in any way it sees fit and may assign such licensed rights at will. I also agree to not enter into any future agreements with regards to my submitted content with any third parties, as required by the exclusivity of this agreement and will forward any communications regarding my content to THE PATRIA COMPANY, as the new license holder. I accept the Assignment of Content Agreement and Content Creator Terms and Conditions which I agree to. By checking this box, submitting my material and verifying my email, one time, I hereby irrevocably assign to THE PATRIA COMPANY completely, all intellectual property rights, and all other rights, title and interest in and to any submitted content in whatever format, submitted by me via hilarious.construction, quality-trades.com, patriaco.com or any social media network, electronic mail, file transfer or any other medium of electronic data exchange accepted by THE PATRIA COMPANY. Including the right to bring, make, oppose, defend, appeal proceedings, claims or actions and obtain relief (and to retain any damages you recovered) in respect of any copyright infringement, or any other cause of action arising from ownership of any of the intellectual property rights in any submitted content, whether occurring before, on, or after the date I accept this agreement and all other rights, title and interest in and to any sumbitted content, licensed to THE PATRIA COMPANY, in whatever format submitted. Furthermore, I hereby confirm that from the date I accept this agreement THE PATRIA COMPANY shall be exclusively entitled to make use of and benefit from any content submitted throughout the world in any and all media whether now known or hereafter invented in perpetuity.
